Vepo Day Spa

This was my second visit to this establishment. And I definitely won't be coming back! IT IS ILLEGAL TO DEMAND A SPECIFIC TIP FROM A CUSTOMER!nnMy first visit was a massage off of Groupon which went well. Because of that I decided to buy another massage.nnDuring this visit, I was placed in a room that was ridiculously small. When the woman came in to massage me she had to push the bed over in order to walk around it. It was so disturbing to have the bed pushed during a massage that I could not relax.nnOn top of that, all throughout my massage there were constantly people talking outside of the door and people walking in and out of the front door which has a bell. I could hear every conversation happening in the front and it was so loud it added to the fact that it was not relaxing.nnOn top of all that, at the end of the massage I was told how much to tip when I gave her my cash. She told me it was not enough and demanded more money. As a person who has worked in the service industry, you cannot tell people how much to tip you. That is illegal. Avoid this place at all cost!

Had two massages here. Asked for medium pressure but sore the next day both times. The facial was much better though. Just not the most pleasant experience for me unfortunately.

Their facials are a spam !! Very poor quality products and not even a single organic product was applied during an ‘organic facial’. Never come here for a facial. Their massages are not bad but not great either. Check the products that they use before you start ur facial. U can find much superiors drugstore products at this price. Their facials are very rushed and you don’t feel a difference afterwords. Extractions lasted all of 5 minutes and when I reached home 90% of my whiteheads still remained !! Job badly and incompetent done . ALSO YOU CANT understand a frikkin thing they say. Customers u have been warned!

I’m a regular here. No complaints.n—————nWanted to give a more thorough review since I love this place and see so many negative reviews. I have been coming pretty regularly- every couple of months for about 2 yrs. I always enjoy my facials! Everyone has been wonderful; they are so thorough and do a great job. They’re really focused on skincare.nnI moved out of town nearly a year ago, but continue to come back to Vepo because they are FANTASTIC!nnI have also purchased gift cards for family and friends and everyone has only positive things to say. The facility is clean and they take precautionary measures (temp check and use face shields) - I’ve felt safe getting services here during Covid. If you’re hesitating about coming here, don’t!
