So I did my rental online which was super easy, self-explanatory, and quick to do. I like all the options that we were given and they make sure that if you were doing it online all your questions are answered. The customer service is exquisite, got a call the day after I booked my rental and they answered every question and she was very nice and patient. Great experience and would definitely recommend to others.
This is a clean storage unit and service is very good. She was the best.
The Metuchen Extra Space storage has great customer service! When we visited to see the unit we reserved over the phone, the office manager went out of her way to show us our unit and explain everything to us. Very happy with our experience.
I rent out a unit here and the place is very secure. My unit is really easy to access and I definitely feel like my stuff is safe here. They do a great job keeping it clean. Payments are easy as well.
Had to downsize and had too many things! We’re able to get a small unit at first and then upgrade to a larger unit with no hassle and very reasonable rates. All are kind and helpful at the facility and eager to make the storage experience easy, even during this stressful pandemic. Clean and sanitary. Definitely recommend this facility!
