My wife and I have moved several times in the past few years and these guys were by far and away the best. From setting up the initial quote to unloading the last box, they were communicative and professional. We never had any trouble getting in touch with the company ahead of the move when we needed to make changes, and they were thorough in confirming all the details. The crew arrived masked and gloved, right on time (early, even!) and had our stuff loaded up in under an hour. The off-loading was similarly efficient and stress free. Everything arrived safe and sound. We couldn't have asked for a better experience—highly recommend these guys!

We had a wonderful experience with Ideal Movers. The moving crew was unbelievably polite, timely, considerate, tireless, personable, and professional, even in 90 degree heat. They disassembled and reassembled a large desk perfectly to fit it through the stairwell of our third floor loft. They handled our grand piano with great expertise. None of our fragile items were damaged. Prior to the move, Garrison came to do an in-person estimate, and followed up with a walk-through the day before our scheduled move to make sure everything would go smoothly. The team (Garrison, Briana, and everyone in the office) accommodated our schedule when our sellers and buyers insisted on closing the same day and we had to move within a very tight time frame. Over all, we could not be happier. Thank you!

This is about the 9th time I've used Ideal Movers - between residential moves and commercial moves, I rest assured each time that I will be professionally responded to, and that my precious belongings will arrive safe and sound. The movers themselves are always courteous, responsive and extremely careful with the items they are moving. I highly recommend them!

This was our first time hiring movers, and we are SO glad we did! First, Ideal Movers answered all of my questions ahead of time, and very promptly... and I had a lot of them!! A few days prior to the move, they were able to add in the pickup of a piano to our plan. On the day of the move, they arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and were thoughtful in their interactions with us. I was just so impressed with their skill and the high quality of their work. Can't recommend them enough!!

I just completed a local move that was absolutely seamless from start to finish, beginning with Garrison's preliminary estimate and ending with the empty truck pulling out of my driveway. The crew arrived on the dot, masked and gloved, and worked efficiently and carefully to pack up fragile items and move everything down a flight of stairs into the van. At the other end, they were careful with my wood floors, and made sure to check with me about where things should be placed. All three men were unfailingly polite and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience!
