They overcharged me by 2 dozen doughnuts with no way to credit it back because the manager was not there and told me to come back later. When I came back a week later the manager told me they could not give me the money back because it would have to come out of their pocket??? That is not true. So I never got my money back and I will never be back. I will be sure everyone I know in the area hears this about this store.
Only dunks in the area worth going to! Order is right 9/10 times, and when you order on the app they actually allow you to go in and get it vs wait 20 mins in line.
They only thing consistent here is rude and overweight staff
When a customer is watching you pour the bottom of a pot into your cup and you say you would prefer not to have that, your answer should be sure no problem. Not keep pouring and say it's not really that old...you don't know how to treat customers! Wrong business, try another.
What ever you ddont order online. The manager gets very upset and vocal when people order online. And if they mess up your order he gets a little snappy at you.
