Slow service waiting to be helped with furniture. The rest of the store was good

It's the worst I've ever seen it and the quality of the merchandise has gone down. The cashiers are nice but the store is dirty especially the floors. I like the way the store was arranged before they came up with the furniture in the front and all the other merchandise in the back. This applies to pretty much all the Big Lots stores that I have gone in in several States
Sorry didn't use Big Lots but good parking lot for my motorhome to get in we'll use Dollar Tree period.
Good! Seemed clean. Just didn't have what I was looking for. The deals are not big enough for me to consider going there more often. It is a good store to occasionally shop at. I don't have any negative comments, I just don't think thier deals are big enough in comparison to what they say.
