We worked with Donald at Mattress Firm in Somersworth to purchase our new bed and had a great experience. He took us through the process of looking at and explaining different mattresses and bases, and then worked with us to stay within our budget. We bought a higher quality bed/adjustable base than we initially picked online and felt like it was a very transparent process with his help.
The sales person was absolutely the best. Showed me several options and was with me every step of the way. Very happy with my experience and purchase
Today was great! I got an amazing pillow after trying soooo many in the past (from other stores) that have failed. Great service too!
The man working there today (John) was incredibly helpful helping us find a new mattress that won't hurt my back and there was absolutely no pressure to go to any specific price point or mattress in particular. I really felt like he guided me instead of directing me, if that makes sense.
