Honestly 45 minutes in drive thru for a friggin coffee after I just put in 10 Tia unbelievable!!! Y’all need to figure it out and get it together!!!
I love this location. Switch to this one about 3 months ago. Very happy staff, kind and generous. I bring my dogs everyday they look forward to seeing the girl that gives them each a tiny piece of Bacon. She gets so excited to see my two dogs she calls me groovey. I love the positivity. You know you run a great store when you can make even the dogs happy in town. keep up the great work .
Very slow, there biggest focus is the drive thru and no one on the counter. Had to wait several minutes to be waited on and had to wait even more to get my order. People who ordered after me got served much faster.
asked for cold foam in my drink but they forgot it which is understandable, mistakes happen. so I told the cashier and she argued with me saying I didn't ask for cold foam when it was right on the receipt.. I even showed her and she asked me if I still wanted it? gave an extra star bc she must've been a new trainee
This is my favorite dunkins in Dover. Everyone working is always super friendly and they gave my dog a munchkin!! He loves dunks. Thank you.
