Solid experience so far and a fast turn around from when I ordered to when our storage unit was delivered.
Mibox was prompt which was key, and the pricing was better than competitors. The driver was helpful and accomodated difficult placement location of the box.
I can't say enough good things about working with this company. Moving is a stressful experience, and Coastal MI-BOX made it so easy. They were super responsive, and their process of ordering, receiving, and transporting their storage containers was very simple. Great company with fantastic service! Driver was both friendly and professional. We had solid/easy communication with driver, scheduler, and biller. Delivery and pick-up were punctual. Box placement was perfect on both ends of the trip. Box was clean, solidly built, and the low threshold made loading & unloading super easy. I've moved 10 times in the last 10 years, and this was by far the easiest & most cost effective way to go; highly recommended!!
