Excellent customer service, I had stupidly left my car battery on when I left, and the battery died. The young gentleman working came outside in the freezing cold and helped me jump start it, which took 15 minutes or so before my car would turn on. He was polite the entire time and was so nice and didn’t complain about helping me and being out in the cold. Thank you so much!
Recwntly a huge nightmare. On my way to clear out my storage and my ride broke down by atlas fireworks I keep trying to call but noone will answer. Theres no other way to communicate with thrse people and they are goingvto get rid of all my things.
They will not fill propane tanks after dark. Seems like a joke. Drove out of way to get tank filled and lazy worker refused. No manager either.
I picked up a trailer 7/31 and the gentleman that hooked the trailer up was fast and did a great job. I just dropped it off 8/3 and it only took 5 minutes to pull in drop the trailer, have a receipt in hand and be pulling out. Great customer service. Thank you.
Great customer service! If I could give this place more stars I would. This is my second time using a moving company as I rented with Penske a year ago and Uhaul by far, hands down are THE BEST. Ramona is amazing and the guys are awesome!
