Quick service and good coffee. Followed order directions precisely.
Hard to believe that certain stores in chains are better than others, but this one always has been. Sometimes if I get coffee at other Dunks in the area, the coffees are sometimes bitter, sometimes sweet, sometimes watered down, etc. Here I consistently get the same thing, though of course it's not designer coffee it is at least what I want, every time. Now if only they could fix the giant hole in front of their drive thru window that threatens to swallow up my poor little car or shear off a wheel.....
I was getting ready to make a long 3.5 hour ride home and wanted to stop and go through the drive through to get a quick breakfast for my kids. The person taking my order was absolutely rude to me, actually stated that I should have gone inside to complete my order because I was backing up the line. Firstly, the reason people go through the drive through is for the convenience....secondly, how do you know I was even able to make it into the store?!?nAbsolutely horrible customer service! I will never go back to this location again.
