The staff are very pleasant. Service is almost always quick and accurate. The food is the usual coffee chain standard but it is hot and good.
Very nice people working at this location. Orders are accurate and made fast. They were very busy when we went in, but considering the holidays, not really surprised. The drive through though gets a bit out of hand and blocks several parking spots. Got stuck for a good 5 minutes before being able to pull out of our parking spot.
A few weeks ago went thru Drive thru got wrong sandwich order. Went back got it corrected but egg inside was ice cold. Today got a Croissant with chicken bacon cheese and that was ice cold not heated all the way through. I tried to call but no one answers the phone. Very dissatisfied half the time it’s incorrect or not prepared properly. Another time they made my drink incorrect and told me It was my error. Get it together!
They will get your order wrong and blam it on you. Good luck here. Not going back.
I really wish there was no stars. 20 minutes for 2 plain bagel with cream cheese. While they chat. I'm done being nice! I would like to get hold of the managers.
