I've ordered somewhere between 6-12 cakes over the years and have never been disappointed. The ready-to-go cakes on the website are always ready on time and the flavor and size selection is great. I've personalized every cake and never had any issues. The staff opens the box when you checkout to make sure everything is right. They also don't judge if you have rude or obscene messages added to your cake!

Let me brag on the staff. They take pride in making your cake ideas come to life.. I walked in worried (a week away from party time) that I was too last minute dealing with another place for our cake order. I normally go here but I decided to switch it up and try other places (did not work). They asked all these questions and was very interested in everything they could do to make the cakes perfect. I wasn’t picky but boy are the cakes moist and just perfect. Not overly sweet either. Thank you to the staff for making my children’s birthday awesome. I’m sooooo glad I returned back I won’t be going anywhere else!

Was absolutely floored with my Cake Gallery experience. The shop is immaculate, and everything looks delectable. They are proud title-bearers of the best Wedding Cake gallery in the Midwest, and after walking in, I can definitely see why. My fiancé and I were able to sample 4 cake flavors, which helped solidify our final choice. Naomi helped us make the best decision for our wedding, and was open to making specially-made tres leches cupcakes. We are truly satisfied with our decision in trusting the Cake Gallery with our wedding cake! Thank you!

We ordered a lemon cake and there was no lemon flavor in it. It tasted like cake batter.i was told to bring it back in for a full refund or get another cake. This was for my moms 89th Birthday . I thought as many cakes that I've purchased for them it would be delish. The cake was thrown out. Now they tell me I can have a $10.00 credit for a 8inch $36.00 cakennMy mom was a chef and never had anything that bad. . HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM. I guess the joke was on us.We will never get that day time or enjoyment back
