I originally called Premium Hot Tub Movers to move an awkwardly-sized custom-built therapy pool from my driveway (where it was to be delivered) to the back yard.nnOn the scheduled delivery date, the shipping company notified me that they did not have manpower nor proper tools to safely deliver the tub. The folks at Premium Hot Tub Movers stepped up and offered to retrieve the tub from the station. Their communication/collaboration in getting the tub here in perfect condition was a huge relief after experiencing numerous delays related to manufacture and shipping.nnI also received a lot of helpful information on getting the tub set up, maintaining the various components, and even renovating my deck, which will likely save us time and money.nnGreat experience; Highly recommend!

Great service and professionalism. Hired them to move a a used hot tub my wife bought. They were flexible with my schedule and even washed the tub out and flushed the jets before they placed it.

I contacted premium hot tub movers last week to see if they could help move a hot tub to my new house. Leonard got back to me right away with a great price. Leonard and his crew got the job done a few days later. They finished the job in about an hour which is much quicker than I expected. They made sure not to damage the hot tub and more importantly the house it was moving from and my new house. I could not have asked for a better experience. I recommend this company 100%. Thank you!
