I purchased a mattress recently and was very disappointed in how I was treated by the salesman. He had promised he could match the price I paid for the same mattress about a month ago, a difference of $9. Then when it came time for me to pay for it at the register, he told me he couldn’t adjust the price. However, to make up for it, he said he would find some food (skittles and granola bars). I waited for 10 minutes and he never came back.nI suppose I made the sale too easy because I knew which mattress I wanted and required no effort from the salesman to sell me on a purchase. I like the selection Raymour and Flanagan has to offer but I will never purchase another item if I have to deal with the same salesman again.
Deb is awesome! Very personable and friendly. She was able to help us with all the dimensions of our sectional couch, figuring what pieces wood fit best with our room. She made it effortless and such a pleasure to work with! I will go back to Deb anytime we go into the store and she is a PRO!

Great experience! Walked in Sara greeted us very pleasantly asked if we needed help and then left us alone. Once we decided what we wanted Sara was right there and gave us a great deal! She was also able to answer all questions. Very positive experience
I had a meeting with Diana the Manager and she was very pleasant and helpful. I returned a mattress which needed to be returned and they honored the return policy without a problem. The only negative issue was that they no longer carried the same mattress so I had to spend more money although I did buy a better model.nIt was an easy transaction and a pleasure to deal with the Manager.
