Easy to pick up and drop off the truck. Price was very reasonable and the truck worked perfectly. Did have a bit of trouble making the reservation online, but I managed to get it done.
If I could give zero stars I would. This was the most frustrating and pathetic experience I have ever had. We rented a truck online for our move and it was "guaranteed". What a joke! They called us at 530 the night before our move to tell us they are experiencing a serious shortage and there is no truck for our move. After talking to the manager, I find out that they have been working twelve hours shifts all week because of the shortage but didn't want to call us any earlier than the evening before our move "in case there was a truck" because that would hurt their profit! Not only that, they did absolutely nothing to help us out with the serious inconvenience and stress they caused with the entire situation. I will never trust Penske again and I will tell every single person I can about this terrible experience.
Truck rental guarantee is more of a hopeful wish. And when the truck isn't there thus ruining your move, expect little to no discount.
