Jo was amazing to work with. She listened to what was important to us in a mattress and made a couple recommendations. No pressure at all to purchase. We tried a few and by a few I mean over 10 different mattresses before we settled on one. The buying process was smooth and 3 year interest free financing to top it off. Will definitely go back for further needs. Hope Jo sells more than just mattresses so we can work with her again.

Cindy was helpful, without being pushy, in ever aspect of our mattress shopping. We visited 3 furniture stores in 2 days and HOM was by far our best experience. This was our first time in the store, but definitely will not be the last! Excellent customer service. And they stand behind their price matching without even being asked. Absolutely worth 5 stars!

Wow can’t say enough great things about my online buying experience. The sales gal was great about getting me exactly what I wanted. The delivery guys were amazing too!! They got my sectional moved in SO quickly and made it look so easy! From now on I will always have my furniture delivered like this. It made the whole process go so much smoother. HIGHLY recommend buying from Hom in Rochester, MN!

I was looking for a good mattress, and the sales associate explained the difference between the many mattresses they have on the floor! I did purchase a good quality mattress, along with a nice cover for the mattress itself! They will be setting up a time for the delivery! I know I will be more than happy with my new mattress! Thanks to the sales associate and the entire staff at HOM Furniture Store here in Rochester, MN.

I am thrilled with my purchase of 2 couches and 2 reclining chairs. The sales person was knowledgeable and fair. The Delivery was on time and delivery men were very professional in moving the furniture and setting it up. They tested the power to all 4 prieces to make sure everything worked prior to leaving. Thanks for my beautiful quality furniture.
