I've had two recent experiences with the service department. One for the gas fireplace in my home, and one for a client. Both experiences were very positive. I can honestly say that the service department is top-notch. As a REALTOR®, I was in a pinch when at a final walkthrough for my buyer we discovered the gas fire place wasn't igniting. Within minutes Marci had coordinated a service call. Mike Sample, the service rep, was timely, professional, and spent time educating us. Thanks to this great team, we made it to the closing table.

There are not enough superlative adjectives to describe our wonderful experience dealing with Willie at Energy Products. He had complete knowledge of all products, expert recommendations for our needs and provided fast turn-around on pricing and other needed feedback. Our experience was of the highest quality. I would also like to positively review Jay and Darren (installers). On time, years of experience that proved very beneficial given we have a complex historic home, and both incredibly pleasant individuals. Thank you Willie, Jay and Darren!

We had our yearly checkup for our Mendota fireplaces last week. I requested Mike Sample to be our technician because he is simply the best!! Mike always goes the extra mile, covering finicky problems under warranty, adjusting the logs and flames to perfection, and finally buffing and shining until my 5 year old fireplaces looked like new! I would recommend Energy Products across the board and Mike Sample specifically, to anyone, without reservation!

Our gas fireplace is over 25 years old and finally needed a new remote and sensor. Everyone at Energy Products and Design was so friendly and helpful. Adam Barness made our home visit and he went way beyond just getting the job done! He answered all of my questions and left our fireplace working so much better. This is the place to go for all your fireplace needs in Rochester. BRAVO!
