These guys were great. They met my needs for short-term storage. I have never rented Storage before and I had mixed feelings about doing so in the first place. But this was a great experience. The staff was helpful and friendly and made the entire process very easy. Plus there were no surprises or extra fees at checkout. If I find a need for storage again I will most certainly be back.
Clean facility. Online contract. Great pricing. I thought the elevator situation might be a draft but they have sweet furniture dolly's and it went very quick. It would be nice if they added a facility map as it did take us a while to find our unit, which is in the 300's {hint: 300's are in the basement not the 3rd floor... Haha}
I've never had a better experience! SUPER CLEAN facility, exceptional customer service from Daysha and her team, and ease of access. All of this combined with a great monthly price and I am sold. I HIGHLY recommend Extra Space Storage in South Jordan.

Very professional and helpful over the phone. I called around to several different places and none of them seemed overly friendly or eager to have me as a customer. This one definitely stood out.
