Innovative Marking Systems has inspired me to be the kindest, safest, and most professional person I can be. Kindest, safest, and most professional are all the greatest qualities for a business to have, which IMS has gone the extra mile to do! They most definitely have succeeded in best, top notch quality as well. My biggest pet peeve in life is driving when it is raining and not being able to see the lines on the road, but now with the exceptional paint jobs I need to find a new pet peeve.

This company was painting lines at night on US 89 near the SR-193 Exit in Layton. My wife, Son and Father in law were driving home from Lagoon when they saw the trucks but could not figure out what was going on because of lack of correct Lighting and Barricades. As they were getting off the Exit, the third truck in the fleet went to go around the second truck and swerved into the Exit Lane. Causing a car in front of my Truck and my Wife to swerve over to avoid a collision. Not only were they negligent in Safety, but in doing so caused my wife to drive thru the brand new paint. I now have Paint splattered all over my truck and Brand new $3,000 rims and tires! When I spoke to the President of Innovative Marking Systems, He was quick to discard the safety issue and blamed my wife for driving where she shouldn't have been. I sent him all the details including PICS of not only my truck, but multiple Paint tire marks from other cars. Very rude and dishonest President! UDOT contracts this company for this and I am very upset as a taxpayer this is how I was treated! I would never recommended hiring this company!

This company was performing work in our area and spilled a large amount of yellow paint on the highway. Several vehicles were coated in this paint and IMS vehemently denied the paint was theirs. Very dishonest CEO. Denied responsibility and claims. Would not hire this company!
