Just started storing with these guys. The process to sign up was really easy. The two people who helped me were extremely nice and helpful. I was able to get my things in same day. There’s a $50-something charge for processing or something; I guess that’s to be expected. I got first month free and the price is very fair. The facility is very clean and in a good area. Would recommend so far.

So easy to sign up online and in person. Very helpful and friendly staff. I was worried about the placement of my unit because of a long walk on an injured leg. They changed it no questions asked and found me a great unit with easy access. LOVE the proximity to freeway access on these as well. UPDATE! Under new management and still awesome! Great experience today moving things to a smaller unit.

The staff is professional and was VERY easy to work with. I called a few other places and as soon as these guys picked up the phone I knew I would be helped out. Marc was straight to the point and knew their the inventory, which has good access and was very clean. Upgrading was easy enough and not to expensive. The insurance and the dedicated times of operation are draw backs but not enough drop a five star rating from this guy! Don't go anywhere else!

This place use to be a good place to run a warehouse. When picked the largest unit with the largest insurance plan. We had friends and family get units next to us that are in the same business as us. We frequently spent time inside after the gates would close because we receive inventory late on weekends and sort it late on weekdays. For a year they had no problem with this. Recently they raised our rent 3 times, they raised our fees, and now they have asked us to leave accusing me of "sleeping" in the unit. I am running a million dollar a year business you think I am sleeping in a rat infested warehouse? Absurd. Not sure if its new management or if the current management started to eat paint but me and the other 3 members I work with will be reporting this to corporate and pulling our 4 units away from this company. The insect and rat problem is a huge issue. Trust me on this I spent a year here old reviews are nice but that is not this company anymore. They have changed. I have seen many people get locked inside. I will be doing everything I can to make sure this business does terrible because they have just threw the biggest wrench in a massive business I am running.

Worked with Marc Maughan at extra space storage. We are using the unit for business supplies, and Marc made it all extremely easy to get setup. The process to setup was very short, which was nice. They offer really convenient services for taking delivery of our equipment as well. The bonus first month free is just icing on the cake. And the entire place is well kept, with super easy freeway access!
