When I went to pick up an Rx recently it was the same product, but different vendor which resulted in a $25 higher price. When I told Christal I wanted the product I knew worked for me, she immediately canceled this one and ordered the correct one (which would be in store the next day). I appreciated her efficiency in getting what I needed. Even when I showed up to pick up my item 15 mins before they were supposed to close thinking it would be a quick stop. Thank you Christal! Very poor customer service. I have a problem with my new glasses that they are unwilling to correct. I cannot recommend.
