I’ve tanned maybe 10 times in my life so I was a little uneasy not really sure how to start but they were so informative and thorough showing me the in’s and out’s of the machine I didn’t feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her she was happy and talkative I felt comfortable my last experience at a tan salon was total opposite so I am glad I found this gemnThe only thing was my machine started before I got in so I only had a couple minutes and when I left it was busy and I didn’t want to bother her( I’ve worked in customer service before, so I get it ) today I decided to call and they were great and understood the mishap and credited my account for when I go in again that’s more then I even expected the lady was very professional and listened to what I had to say definitely 10 out of 10 for there customer service on that end as well as in the salonnSo overall I am completely satisfied with them and have a girls day next week with six of my friends and it will definitely be one of our stops on our day outnThanksud83cudf1eud83cudf1e

Horrible Customer Service. I was on a membership plan, placed it on a freeze, and then was told I couldn't cancel my freeze at the store but had to do it via their website. Filled out the form online twice, sent customer service an additional email, called multiple times and was placed on hold - and then remained on hold till it hung up on me. Sent them a Facebook Message, posted on a Facebook Social Media, and still nothing. Meanwhile they continue to draw money out of my account every month.

Very disappointed. I ended my club membership a couple years ago. Wanted to quick tan today, they only seemed to want me to sign up again for membership. Did get a one time tan and probably won't go back. Rather go where else and can tan when I want and not be an inconvenience.

Walked in here today as it’s close to home and was very pleased with my visit. I do believe the girls name was Ella whom was helping me and was very polite, and informative on all the services and rules that go with tanning. Haven’t been to one in over a year, so getting up to speed was necessary.nnI can understand some getting upset at the ID thing, but when I asked, they can take your photo and store it so check in is much easier. You do need goggles to tan, will not allow you to tan without them, so buy a pair ($6) or bring your own.nnSome have said the prices are high, pretty accurate statement, but with all the services they offer, you kind of get what you pay for. Amirite? One can simply go to $5 tan, but for a couple dollars more, you get to tune to your own music, use of mist fans inside the tanning bed and different settings that range from basic to Caribbean. I’d say give it a try, but don’t rant about something you know of going in. Thank you totally tan, I’ll be back soon to try the spa services! ud83dudc4dud83cudffc
