Elements in Edina is great! The front desk staff are always welcoming and able to answer any questions I have. Kayla is a great massage therapist and I always look forward to seeing her. The month to month membership is a great deal and I appreciate that if I miss a month that my extra massage rolls over. Really helps manage my chronic back and hip pain. Would highly recommend!
Great place for a massage. People are friendly & nice. Its clean,nice & well kept. That's nice that they give you a bottle a water after your massage.
My massage therapist Kayla was excellent, professional, and gave a very relaxing and stress relieving massage. I usually don't write reviews but I felt compelled to this time because of how revitalizing my massage was.

I was really looking forward to this appointment. It was my first time booking here so I was ignorant of the cancellation policy. I called about 10 hours before my scheduled appointment to reschedule because I wasn’t feeling well and was met with a very suspicious and rude reception. She went on to accuse me of being dishonest and shaming me for cancelling when I truly didn’t even want to cancel. I woke up feeling sick and didn’t want to put anyone else’s health at risk. I don’t foresee booking here in the future. I hope no one else gets this kind of customer service. I cannot speak to the service itself.
