Jamie was excellent to work with. in working to design my closet she was keen to understand how I wanted to use the space and designed in accordance. We modified slightly after her initial design and came up with the perfect design for the closet. I was so happy, I asked her to help me with an additional closet, too. Cliff, our installer, was prompt and focused and completed the install in a very reasonable amount of time. Overall, it was a great experience and I love how it turned out!

We purchased the Elfa Decor closet system. We live in a remote area and needed more storage in our master closet. I sent my drawings/dimensions to the store, they designed it with the parts and pieces I needed. It was shipped and we installed it ourselves and it is beautiful! The parts and pieces are so well designed. We would definitely use their products and services again!

Would highly recommend Container Store for closets. We got quotes from 2 other closet services that design and install. Container Store's closets are DIY, but I was able to get all the closets fitted in our house for the same price as getting the master and pantry. Installation is very easy. We are so happy with the Container Store and choosing to go this route.

My design consultant, Liz, worked with me twice on four closets. She was very helpful and friendly. We picked up the supplies for the closet install at the store. Our installer, Mark, was efficient and friendly. All four closets were installed in 4.5 hours.

I got my new custom Closet from the Container Store. My closet equipment was over 22 years old. It was falling apart. I did not realize how that sad looking closet impacted my thoughts about my clothes. With my new Elfa Decor closet I realize I love my clothes - they are finally being respected and cared for as they should be. The process was painless and I am so happy. Thank you Container Store for offering such great products at reasonable prices.
