Bought a sofa. Am very pleased. Worked with Molly and she was great. The sofa took awhile to arrive due to COVID production times taking longer. Would purchase furniture from here again.

I went to pretty much every furniture store in Edina and the surrounding area and Macy’s furniture was by far my top pick. Not only was their selection outstanding but the prices were very reasonable. The sales associates were friendly and helpful without being pushy. They also have over 200 fabric options to choose from for your furniture at no additional cost. I found the perfect sectional for my new apartment and I couldn’t be happier.

IF WE COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS WE WOULD! We purchased a bed from Macey’s furniture store in Edina. We received a text stating that our bed will be delivered at a specific time the next day. We were very eager for our new bed as we had a house fire and had been sleeping on a blow up mattress for 4 months. When the bed did not arrive during the scheduled time we contacted Macey’s furniture store in Edina and they said they had no record of a delivery scheduled for the time of the text we received. They said they would check into it and get back to us the next day. Three days later after we had to call them they said the bed was delayed due to a snowstorm. After the second missed delivery they finally confessed and said that one of our two box springs did not make the truck and the bed had been sitting in their warehouse in MN and that is why we had not received our bed. They agreed to drop the price of the bed by $300 and the bed finally arrived two weeks later. The mattress protector we purchased to keep the warranty on the bed was not delivered with the bed. 1 month after receiving the bed we finally received the mattress protector. It has been 4 months since the purchase of our bed and Macey’s furniture store in Edina has yet to refund us the $300 we agreed to upon the first botched delivery. We have called frequently requesting the refund and they say it will be applied that day, but it never is. The sales manager and store manager do not care about the people that purchase from them. They are only concerned about their bottom line at the expense of customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MACEY’S FURNITURE STORE IN EDINA!!! Terrible customer service and will lie to extend waiting for shipping mistakes and lack of communication. WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM MACEY’S FURNITURE STORE IN EDINA ever again.

We first started coming here a handful of years ago for the great rugs in the bottom level of this place. Just recently we were there again to look for a new bed. When it comes to rugs and beds, no one has a better selection. Hands down Macy's has some of the best selection and quality available for everyone's budget.
