Last November we went looking for a really supportive, ergonomic chair. We ended up at Design Within Reach. Kathy gave us excellent help in going through all the particulars on the various chairs. I had already spent some time on the computer getting an idea of what I might need for good back support. So in the end it did not surprise me that the only chair, at this point, that felt like it would give me the options needed was the Herman Miller Embody. DWR was having a sale at the time for HM, so we were able to get the chair in a color upgrade (titanium, gray, white) for our home. The chair has proven to be a real asset for the back. Plus it looks nice.

I went looking for relatively small wall clocks and throw pillows. The Sales Associate was excellent and showed me options from their website. She created a folder with pertinent details. Moreover she recently contacted me to tell me of a semi annual sale and invited me in to reconsider. Great #negotiations
DWR is amazing. What a great opportunity to see and try out timeless designs and have the opportunity to purchase. Lauren was really nice to us and was really knowledgeable and helpful.
Fantastic space. Went to check out some Herman Miller desk chairs but enjoyed shopping around at all the other modern pieces they had. Staff was super kind and knowledgable about the products they offer.
