I showed up wanting a new frying pan and within minutes I was helped and had found the perfect one. I believe the woman who helped me was donna. She was so knowledgeable and found me exactly what I was looking for. I would love to go back sometime for future kitchen products. The quality is top notch for the price you spend. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for higher end kitchen products.
Friendly staff & service. Great selection of products. Efficient...Product I ordered was waiting for me at front desk half hour after ordered. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
I don’t think I have enough characters to write on how much I appreciate Katie! I came in on 3/17 needing a copper kitchenaid mixer. Unfortunately they have been sold out for months due to the manufacture. Katie called me several times a week to let me know there hasn’t been any luck finding any. Then today, there was one! She called me immediately and ordered it for me. The customer service was beyond my expectations and I will forever only purchase things at this location!
Just had the BEST shopping experience with this store. Mary and Hana went out of their way to help me find a product that I desperately needed. Thank you for your outstanding service and help. I greatly appreciate you making my shopping as easy as possible.
It's a great store. The staff are usually friendly and passionate about cooking and housewares. Every once in awhile they will get too busy to help but rarely does that happen.
