Love our Sactional! It was easy to choose our product was easy with Scott's expert help. The pieces were easy enough to assemble. They are comfortable and make for a perfect for all occasions from movie night to at-home work set up to sleepovers.

It was a wonderful experience. First off the store took wonderful safety measures considering the pandemic where it was appointment only and I really appreciated that. I never felt rushed, they were knowledgeable, they turned it into a good fun time, they guided me through everything, and everyone seemed genuinely happy (which as someone who has worked retail, is quite the accomplishment. And it makes a world of difference to see). It was genuinely a pleasure going through the process of figuring out what I wanted and I felt relaxed the entire time. Thank you :)

The overall experience was fine I guess. It is a super expensive piece of furniture that would be better purchased online versus having to deal with the store. The store employees know very little about the product and are useless in answering any questions you may have. Unfortunately, the Lovesac is the ONLY option that will fit my space. I have to buy it regardless of any experience I had while purchasing. Having said that, I did have only one request. That was to delay shipment for 2 weeks while the space construction was completed. It shipped 3 days after I purchased it AFTER the store manger insisted someone would call me to arrange shipment. It is what it is. If you want a fairly comfortable sofa that you can fit in a 29” stairwell, I’ve done the research this is the only option. You are going to have to deal with the absolute worst sales people, there are few discounts on incredibly overpriced and medium uncomfortable furniture. That’s just the way it is. Sorry. Insert shoulder shrugging emoji here. If there were another option I would have paid more.

Afton at the Edina store was great to work with. She answered all of our questions and showed us all the neat features Lovesac has to offer. Shipping was extremely fast!
