First time eating at the restaurant. Outstanding service and food. The smaller menu makes for easy ordering. I recommend the cesar, radish avocado salad. The wild mushrooms were very flavorful. We will definitely return.

After consulting with a designer at this location, I ordered a custom rug for my home. I was told that it would take about six weeks for the rug to be manufactured and shipped to me. No problem at all.nnI'm tracking the rug and I find out via UPS that the rug was delivered to a random address in MARYLAND. Our MN address was on the receipt!!! I contacted customer service immediately, and was told the rug was 'probably gone at this point' and that they would have to order a new rug, and that would take weeks, maybe months, longer. Now I found out they are charging us another $600 for a replacement rug to be made, in addition to the original cost of the rug. Though it’s their fault the rug was delivered to a random address. SCAMMERS.nnIf you're planning to spend a lot of money on furniture, at least do it at a place with better customer service than this - that would be my advice. To add insult to injury, they never refunded my credit card for the $15 they charged me to rent a rug sample.

Very disappointed with attention to detail and lack of communication. We had a recall item, they delivered the wrong replacement item and no one follow-up after calling 3x to get the order right. The item was recalled due to safety concerns but they have no concerns for getting the item switched out promptly. I've filled my house with RH products but due to the lack of customer service, I will no longer be ordering anything from this company in the future.
