The store is very clean, well organized, and a nice selection of clothing and household goods. For the first time in 15 years, I made a return on an item that was broken. I bought it in December 2020 and I did not have the receipt nor the original packaging -- this was not issue. As a Kohl's credit card holders, Kohl's has a great return policy. Especially if you have misplaced the recipient, the customer service associate can look it up on the computer for you and process the return. In addition Kohl's can take Amazon returns at this location.

We like shopping at Kohl's. They have the clothes & items we love. The people there are friendly,helpful & nice. The store is clean & nice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ud83dude03❤

Clean and organized store. Slow to cash out. Staff friendly and helpful once you could find them.

Really the best place. Been coming here pretty much my whole life. Always great prices and friendly staff. They're getting shivved by Amazon (like most places) but I think it's still worth actually coming here and seeing the product. Besides, Kohl's typically has better prices than Amazon anyway. Only difference is you have to drive which is a good trade off in my opinion.

I am so happy that I can continue to shop as a satisfied customer now that Kohl’s dropped My Pillow from its account. I would think that one would find it difficult to sleep at night on this pillow. Thank you to Kohls for lessening the nightmares. I will soon come in to buy a new pillow of a competing variety from you just to show my appreciation.
