The store at NMain is the only one I like to go to for help.. The sales expert Irene always welcomes me with a friendly smile and she always fixes my issues with my phones.. I highly recommend going to see her!

Cheap service. I got an A20 the "super tough gorilla glass" broke on the first time I dropped it from knee height when it slipped out of my pocket trying to fix my shoe laces. Terrible service around Las Cruces the whole 5 days I had the phone. Was NOT offered the insurance for the phone when I first got it. Came back to the store to see what could be done.. was charged to put the insurance on the phone to "start a claim" and get another phone only to be told it's not done through the store and there is a $80 deductible. Was told by the manager to sell the phone promoting the "insurance claim $80 deductible" to get some money back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. thanks for screwing me over metro pcs.
