By far the best furniture shopping experience I’ve ever had. Usually I hate speaking with sales people, but the person that helped me was no pressure and really helped me find what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable and great prices. Highly recommend going!

If I could give negative stars- I definitely would.nMy significant other and I stopped in one time for maybe 15 minutes and we were bothered over 5 times by a female salesman. Our first mistake was going back. A few weeks later we were on the hunt for a sectional sofa. Upon entering the store; we were greeted politely by a salesman and he was wonderful. We ended up ordering a sectional on 8/7/2020. It was a $3500 sectional and we were promised 6-8 weeks. We chose a small business over the competition (Slumberland had a sectional we liked for $2k, and would have delivered at 4 weeks) I called about 2 weeks in to see if there were any updates (trying to plan on the weeks ahead) and they said half of it was made, shipped, and at the store. I called a few weeks later closer to 6 weeks and same story, but projected to be delivered in my apartment on 10/2/2020. October 2 came and went, no calls or anything. I called on the 7th, and they said it’ll be here at the beginning of November, still only the one half being made. They didn’t offer any sort of discount until I asked, they could only take $250 off- not a penny more (a drop in the bucket for a big sale like this). I called a few more times, only to be pushed around from different sales managers, employees, and got the same story every time I called, with a further delay in delivery each time. I called this week, as it was supposed to be here already, and they said it’ll be here the beginning of December. They said the sofa we “customized” (changed one corner piece to the other option. There were two corner piece options) was 10-12 weeks, not 6-8 weeks, and also not communicated by the salesman. We are past 12 weeks and going to be well past that if we ever get it. They’re plain rude, never called to update me that it’ll take so longer than anticipated, offer any sort of discounts for the major inconveniences, and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My significant other had to go in store to cancel the order because at this point, we’ll never get our sectional. To top it off- I wanted to talk to the salesman that sold it to us and he magically doesn’t work there anymore. Don’t waste months of your time, your hard earned money, and your energy looking here.nnTo continue to top it off- not a single employee was wearing a mask.

Liquidation sale is a joke. We purchased a bed yesterday. It had a deep discount. Regular price was marked. $4200 and they sold it to us for $1999. I went to review the prices on other websites $1999-$2100 was the normal price. Even on Sealy’s website. But what’s even worse is Conlin’s own website has its regular price at $2399. Classic bait switch, make you think you are getting a $4200 bed for a slamming deal. Make sure do YOUR OWN RESEARCH before you purchase their “great” deals. Including looking at their own website since their are such large discrepancies. All sales are final!!!! Sleazy way to do business.

Service was great!! I will be back to buy more furniture when needed.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. My experience is very similar as Morgan Morrill’s. We ordered a sectional from the liquidation sale at the end of August, where both the sales person and sales manager said we can expect our couch in 4-6 weeks. So I called around 5 weeks, and they said it would now not be ready until the end of October - over 2 months after we ordered it. I then proceeded to call at the end of October (and stopped in store) and they said it was now pushed back to November 6. I asked if someone planned to call that my couch was now pushed back, and their response was “if we called every customer when an order was moved, we would never have time to do our real jobs.” Frustrated, I then asked why it continues to get pushed back and if there is any chance this could happen again. The person I spoke to said it was due to covid delays but my couch was already on its way to their distribution center and when orders get this close to their due date, they are not pushed back any further. WHICH WAS A LIE!! I ended up calling November 7 (a day after he said it’d be in) and they proceeded to tell me that my couch wasn’t even made yet and that I could expect it here sometime in the middle of December. So somehow it went from being on its way to not even made yet?!? We have called to speak with the manager who basically just read off a computer screen and said she has no control over the sales people or what they do....umm aren’t you the manager? So she’s basically saying they can lie and cheat just to get your money - great business model! We are now trying to get in contact with the district manager, but his phone has conveniently been experiencing “technical issues” (that is what they are telling us) or he refuses to call us back. They have also been failing to reply to any email we send. We did not pay thousands of dollars to be lied to and to possibly never receive our couch or money back. Terrible service - you’re better off going to slumberland or somewhere else out of town.
