High quality products and even better service! I made an error (100% my fault) when making a recent purchase. I dealt directly with Matt, the owner. Despite the fact that the error was all mine, Matt was kind and understanding. The error required a couch exchange, which Matt was very gracious about. The exchange took place quickly (less than a week) and Matt didn’t even charge for the additional delivery. He was great to work with and made the process really simple. We love our new sectional!! I would highly recommend Douglas Furniture! We will be back for our future furniture needs!

After a not great experience with another furniture store in town, I called Douglas to order the same pieces instead and so glad I did. They have great customer service. I believe I talked to Matt, he was so friendly and helpful.
Our Go to for Furniture - for some reason over the years myself and my family have always found what we wanted here, they have reasonable selection and are patient with you and allow you to wonder the store browsing without stalking you which is nice.
