Needed an efficient-but-quality haircut and Stacey Klein saved the day. She's excellent conversationally, in quality and in style! I'll see her again for sure. Very thankful for her service today! If you're at MSP and need a haircut or spa service, I highly recommend Stacey.
What a great experience today. My husband and I were stuck at the airport in between flights for several hours so we decided to get massages. Excellent and our host “Q” made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. His service and hospitality was literally impeccable.
Don't waste your time, in all 3 locations at the airport there was no one to provide service, all had a 30 min or more wait. Each location recommended me to the other. A huge wash of time! You need to have more staff available. 1 person to massage does not equal EXPRESS
Kiera was awesome! My neck and shoulders were a wreck and she worked on them for 20mins and made sure I got out in time for my connecting flight. She did an amazing job!
My wife had Nathan do a neck and shoulder massage in terminal “C” in Minneapolis. He did an unbelievable job helping her to feel better. HOWEVER, his supervisor Seena was a completely unprofessional and horrible customer representative of the business. She overheard a very small part of the conversation we were having and jumped in and basically called my wife and I racist. After some addition back and forth, where I was unsuccessfully attempted to explain our discussion, I told her she was completely wrong and to butt out of our conversation...her response was to call security......Pathetic, cowardly response for a supervisor to exhibit. Totally happy with Nathan, completely disgusted with Seena.
