Great prices on furniture and great customer service. I ordered a desk that became a back order due to COVID-19 and the factory shutting down. Josh from Royal Star contact me immediately to let me know of the situation and to offer a refund. I declined and decided to wait for the desk. It took serval months for the desk to be ready and Josh was always willing to give me a status update if requested. My wife and I have purchased numerous items from Royal Star and highly recommend it.
Simply the best prices in the Twin Cities, quality furniture (that other furniture stores sell for much more) and great customer service. Great prices on rugs, lighting and accessories!!! The owners and staff are helpful and very nice. Only place I go!
Jeff was a great help in letting us know what was available currently and what we would need to wait for; he was very knowledgable and helped our furniture buying to be a quick and efficient experience!
They have nice furniture, prices very good, they have sign on door mask required, when I was there a couple who the employees let be privileged walked around the store without mask, one of the employees if not the man in charged was helping the privileged, the store has no consideration for themselves or others health, Covid is still here
This is my second time buying from Royal Star Furniture and am very happy with the product and prices that you offer, Great Sales staff that are helpful, however upon pickup at the warehouse Michael really impressed me with his happy attitude to help get the job done out the door !!
