After our computer was compromised by an on line fraud, we brought our unit into ONPOINT to see what could be done. Mr. Ryan Libby took care of all our problems in a most professional yet personable manner. He was very patient and explained every detail for us to clearly understand what services he was performing. In short, we experienced flawless facilitation!!!!

Needed to fix my ethernet, they had several options, and sold me one, and said if it doesn't work I can bring it back. That other computer shop said they'd charge me $15 if I wanted to make sure it worked, and if I tried it and returned it they'd charge me a restocking fee. Goodbye other shop, finally found some good folks, at least it seems so this far.
