I called to ask a question and was speaking to Wes. Question answered that the product was not in stock and he suggested to buy a new bed instead and I agreed and then asked for directions to the store. It was then that I was informed that I needed an appointment. I asked for same day appointment as I was already in bemidji...none available...i am guaranteed to buy a complete bed and was denied an appointment...guess you didn't want to sell a bed today.
Emily has always been the best and I went and Ashley helped me and she is so helpful and worked quickly which I really appreciate. I had a wonderful experience here. Thanks ladies

Great customer service! Emily helped me choose the perfect mattress pad for my youngest kiddo’s bed. The sleep tite prime terry mattress protector does a great job protecting the mattress from liquids, and washes up beautifully!
