Excellent experience from the beginning to the end. Customer service at the store was excellent no high-pressure. We were greeted when we came in and he checked on us later. Extremely accommodating on delivery time. The two young men delivering were extremely professional and courteous and put up with my wife rearranging twice! Great experience buying our new couch from them. I was surprised and happy over the price of our small sectional vs what I was looking at online. If you're debating buying online vs in store I would recommend in store, I like being able to talk directly with a person and knowing the couch is comfortable before purchasing. The delivery was fast and easy! Tanner and Evan were polite, careful and quick with delivering the couch to our house! We will definitely keep Frizzel in mind for any future purchases!

From the minute I walked in the store to delivery of my beautiful bedroom set I was treated awesome.
