Kristi was extremely helpful and patient when I decided that the storage unit I originally picked wasn't going to work for me. She even helped me look for the best online deals while I was in her office. AND when I was having technical difficulties with my phone she even helped me by using her computer so I could still get the online deal. Thank you so much for your help, Kristi!

I’ve enjoyed my experience with extra space storage, Thanks to Bill!! He’s always very helpful, full of laughs and most importantly professionalism!! His customer service skills exceed those of many I’ve come across throughout the years. I’m not sure why he’s leaving The Brooklyn center extra space storage ud83dude14 that’s got to be great for where ever or who ever employs him after this... but really has too suck for who ever is going to be “replacing” him!! Because they have some REALLY BIG SHOES TO FILL!!! You’ll be missed Bill ud83dude22

Extra Space Storage is the BEST storage place I’ve ever rented from.. The building is always clean, welcoming, well lit and maintained.. I especially like the drive-in bays that makes it even easier to move my items in and out of my locker.. They have made my upgrade to a bigger storage very smooth and easy.. Excellent customer service from Bill whom is onsite.. He’s always in a pleasant mood and willing to accommodate any need of mine and if he couldn’t he would figure something out.. I am goin to miss Bill’s smiling friendly face when I visit my storage... Something huge will be missing now at Extra Space.. I have not one complaint about this place.. I love ❤ufe0f my storage unit here.. I’ll be missing Bill though.. Thank you for the pleasure of renting from you!!
