Similar to others, they canceled on me with only 2.5 days notice and couldn't even offer as much as an apology. I understand things happen, but you could at least say you are sorry to put someone in that situation and try to help them out. The person I talked to didn't let me speak more than a couple words into a sentence before telling me that the situation was my own fault because it says in their terms of service that they don't guarantee a truck, so I should have known. Well, now I do and will never use Budget (or Avis, their parent company) again. Penske does guarantee, so use them!
Beware of renting here. Had a truck reservation booked for nearly a month and they cancelled on me the day prior. Made absolutely zero attempt to rectify.
This is the second time I've rented a truck from this location to use in my move, both of the times the service I received and my overall experience with them were absolutely amazing. Despite the location being visually unappealing, the staff is extremely polite, very knowledgeable, and offers just about anything in their control to make the renter's experience a pleasant one, financially and otherwise.nnI will be recommending this location to all my relatives and friends!
