Excellent customer service and a wonderful experience. Within minutes of entering the door and browsing around, Carl Erickson approached me and inquired of my interests. He was quite knowledgeable about my specific request and lead me to the area and informed me of the choices and selections. He helped me from start to finish, completing a sale and offering any help, if needed. He has kept me up to date re the delivery of my furniture and checks in periodically. Though very professional, he was yet friendly. Excellent service!

My wife and I shopped there this weekend. Darin Anderson was our sales person. Greeted us as we entered the store. Super helpful. No Pressure and we purchased our daughter a kitchen table and chair set with such ease, it was incredible. Will be delivered after her closing in just a couple weeks. Overall, great experience! Awesome selection, price ranges, and staff.nAndrew was extremely attentive and helped us select a dining table as well as a bedroom set. Additionally, he worked to get us the best price given the many pricing/financing options available.

We were at HOM with our two young children looking for living room furniture, and Nokwanda was amazing to work with! She was patient and gave us space to have the conversations we needed to have while still providing guidance and information. She moved some pieces around to help us visualize the room as a whole, and was so kind to our kiddos and understanding when they needed some entertainment to make it through. We love the 12 month 0% financing option as well! Can't wait to have our pieces delivered ♥ufe0f
