I have been here many times and the owners are good people but during my visit last weekend I was really disappointed. The girl doing my Pedicure talked on the phone in her headset the whole time. I think what people in this profession do not understand is we go there to be pampered and get away from the rat race and relax. We just want to sit in the chair and maybe look at our phone. We are PAYING for your time and talking on the phone the whole time to me is unacceptable. Sorry to say I will not return to the Nail Garden. I am writing this review with hope that the owner will not let them do this anymore and current customers will not have to deal with this kind of behavior.
Very professional, enjoyed the atmosphere. My nail tech was patient and very good!! Highly recommend you try them!
I am from out of town and needed a nail salon. Chose this salon. I was not disappointed. I had the best full set and pedicure ever. The attention to detail is amazing and my nails look great. Clean space and very friendly staff. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
Honestly this is the best nail salon!! I was very impressed by their work and the customer service was impeccable! I would 100% recommend, it was worth every penny!
This is my first time here. I was introduced to this nail salon by a friend. My first impression was it is very clean and very good service. My manicurist was very professional and very nice to talk to. She really took her time to did my nails. Very impressed and excited to come back and try their new colors next time.
