The whole process was not very relaxing. Me and my best friend were dropped off at the door of locker room by a make worker who said someone would be inside to help. There was no one inside. We walked out of locker room looking for help so we could get robe and slippers and couldn't find anyone. There was a phone in locker room where we called front desk for 5 min. Finally they sent someone who just took us to massage room with robe in hand. After massage we went to get a drink by pool and relax and there was noone to help us. I would say go to Motor City spa for an amazing experience.
Enjoyed my experience here because I made a full day out of it. Lunch poolside, a steam room and Jacuzzi spa. However not impressed by Liz who gave me my massage. She did not give me the full time I paid for. Would stay away from Liz at all costs!
Most relaxing with my girlfriends, having appetizers & cocktails delivered to us by the pool, a little swim, then off to the sauna & hot whirlpool, cool shower. The whole afternoon was divine. Great way to celebrate friendships!
Wonderful spa. With all of the amenities in one spot I never go anywhere else. My birthday is in January so this is the perfect day trip and I have been spending my birthday here for about 10 years in a row. I spend the entire day hanging out by the pool, enjoying a spa service, relaxing in the hot tub and steam room. Of course the poolside room services is just a bonus.
This is the best spa I've ever been to. Babe and I get to stay at the hotel once in awhile and go relax by the pool every time. Massages, manicures and pedicures are great also. Very relaxing.
