Great customer service but when I so happened to look down a bug came out from under the part that holds the ice cream . I believe the bug was a Roach , it looked like one.
Finest spot to eat something when in a hurry. The service is prompt, rates are reasonable, excellent character. Will visit here again , I recommend Cold Stone Creamery .
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This location is located downtown Detroit, therefore you have to find parking and walk to the location. I entered the ice cream shop 4 minutes before they closed. Door was unlocked and open light was turned on. One of the girls screamed from behind the counter “were closed” as soon as I walked in when they were clearly other customers in the store getting ice cream.
Best Butter Pecan Ice Cream. I Love Cold Stone.
Just left and there were four female employees physically behind the counter but none helping the customers at all. They were on there cell phones and gossiping with one another. My ice cream was basically melted when they put it in the cup. I had to ask for a bag and the lady kept putting the palm of her hand on top of my milk shake lid.she even asked me to buy her bundles of hair weave. I do not have time to waste just sitting around an ice cream parlor. I am not satisfied with the customer service at this place at all.
