This was the worst experience ever. I wish i could give negative 5 stars. Ive never met such a rude manager. She was so rude she threw the receipt at me after throwing the returned instrument!!! I had no problem with resolving the problem which was in no way deserving of such hostility. I don't understand why i was even treated this way. I am definitely informing my children's school band instructor.

I would never recommend renting through Whites! Rented my daughters violin from 2nd grade through senior year only to have a credit of $2300 and NEVER getting through to anyone for the rent to own. Mr White is always unavailable and when asked about switching out the instrument he avoids you like the plague!!! His attempt at communication was only after saying I would write a review based on my experience and when saying I would like an instrument comparable to my credit he offered me one at almost 1K over. Asked again for something comparable to my credit and he never once again responded. Horrible.

Guy there was quite rude and wasn't patient. Patients is crucial in music, especially if you're an instructor or, in this case, any form of authority. I won't go here again. If you want a good percussion shop that won't rip you off, go to Hubbard's.
