Francesco was the kindest person to have met in my time of bereavement. Everything I needed to have my father's service on June 8, 2020 was done with nothing but professionalism. I was very happy with him, I even signed up to prepay for my own spot in the mausoleum right over my father. With him also completing prepaid services for my mom's brother (he's still alive)to be also put into the mausoleum right over my spot in there when his time comes. Also another sibling is prepaying to be put into mausoleum under our father. Now my father is here with my mothern(His wife) and his very own mother in the same cemetery. Now we'll make sure more family will also prepay so that we're all in one spotnThanks Francesco
Always clean & mowed. Very easy to find my Husband. Staff is great
My family has several plots and a few crypts here. Personnel is not very reliable. Got incorrect info when buying crypts with no resolution. Promised call-backs are never done. Corporate office is not very empathetic in re: to incorrect info by a former employee. Advise you to confirm/clarify ALL information on contracts.
I have been calling for three weeks for payment resolution and each time I’m told Kim will return my call and she never does. Soooo unprofessional!!!
The second time in as little as 4 months that someone has stolen my mom's headstone flowers. I put them on there late Saturday, early Monday they were gone. No sympathy at the office they could care less! What type of person steals flowers from a headstone???
