I LOVE Sophie! She always gives me a great haircut.nShe listens and willing to try new things.nShe makes time for me and gets me into her busy schedule which I always appreciate. She has a really good heart too!
My husband did his research and found Sophisticated Hair Salon; Sophie was able to get me in the same day and Wow, she did a wonderful job!!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it turned out exactly as expected!! I will definitely be going back to see Sophie ~ she truly has talent and is so sweet.
This was the first new hairdresser I tried since moving to Ann Arbor and I’m so disappointed. I looked at reviews, booked ahead, provided notes, showed pictures and she talked me out of what I want led and instead of a balayage gave me simple highlights and low lights. Tools were mediocre, product mediocre, chair was awful. Sophie is a scam artist. Oh, and my cut and color was $300. Shame on you.
I meant to write this review a while ago. With that being said everyone needs to see Sophie to get their hair done! You will regret not giving her a chance. I had a horrible hair experience at a different salon. I went to her in hopes of making my hair look presentable. She went above and beyond that! I was impressed not only with how well my hair came out but just how amazing she is. Her salon is cute and perfect and I felt confident leaving the appointment. Do yourself a favor and go see her and support a local business!!
I've visited Sophie's salon twice - both excellent. She is efficient, kind, and professional, and fixed a bad at-home haircut I thought was unfixable. Highly recommend her services.
