I don't think I've ever seen people with such Nasty attitudes. The lady at the register took my order wrong, and gave the worse customer service I've ever experienced. The manager was right there and said nothing. Everyone complains of how nasty the lady attitude is. But, she's still there every morning being rude and nasty to customers.
The manager Shierly Collins is weird , and unfair . She shows favoritism to workers and the manger kk is weird and unprofessional. All they do is sit on there phone in the back and front but when certain people do it she doesn’t say anything . I honestly have never worked in a more uncomfortable environment
Service is consistently good. The place has a nice atmosphere. Food is similar to a cafe in Indianapolis I loved.
I'm surprised people are commenting on the quick service, because I've been twice and I've had to wait a long time just to get a bagel and coffee. Nice clean venue though.
Love the customer service! And the Beyond Sausage breakfast sandwich was delicious.
