Home made burek... If you haven' t tried this, you must! Ground beef and onions or feta inside of what reminds me of phyllo dough. Soo tasty and mild. The people that work there are super nice, as well. Great prices
I have been searching for a donut like that for about five years, ever since the Knudsen's Bakery closed on Six Mile.nnIt's a good donut, all homemade icings, etc....that is a wonderful donut. Just about 97% perfect really..nnHot food counter peaked my interest too. Nice....very very nice.nnGood people, good service...
This is the best place to get a Great fresh croissant! or a really good fresh donut, they always taste the same soooo good, the staff are super friendly this is a great place in hamtramck, we are down to only a few of the original places to visit in hamtramck it my not be the original owners from years ago but the staff that runs it now have been there a while and the are so nice. Oh and if you are going I would suggest going early the croissant sell out fast the are just that good!
On a whim we stopped into Family Donut Shop. We were pleasantly surprised to see not only donuts but hot food available. We came out with fried chicken, samosas and burek. Everyone enjoyed what they ate. Oh, the donut was greatly appreciated, too. Very nice lady working the counter. We will return.
