Great service! Their latte machine was broken so the gentleman recommended a cold brew which was delightful! Thanks so much for the suggestion! They were so nice when we got to the window as well.

I’ve tried to go here several times over the last few months. They never have anything. A lot of the time whatever they use to make hot specialty drinks isn’t working. They never try to suggest anything they do have to replace what they don’t have. They don’t seem to actually want the business much at all. Disappointed considering their sign says it’s locally owned. You’d think they’d put more effort and care in. Especially since they price higher than some of the other Dunkin’ Donuts.

The staff was nice but the coffee is undrinkable. I’ve had iced coffee from Dunkin before and was excited until today. I poured this down my drain. ud83dude1e

Had to wait at the call box when there was no line. Placed ordered and approached window. No one visible Then employee placed bag with my order on counter, picked up a mop, started to mop while carrying on a conversation with someone. After I waved my arm, she noticed me and set mop against counter. Took my money and handed my order to me. Not wearing cloves nor washed hands.Disgusting!

Very disappointed with this location. All of my order was wrong. Ordered bagels with cream cheese- first they did not put cream cheese on the bagel when specifically asked to put on it. One part they got correct-they put cream cheese on the side. However should I use my hands to spread the cream cheese. Then I ordered 2 orders of hash browns- only got 1 order, the other order gave me mini bagels. Then in my coffee asked for cream - did not put any- asked for sugar free flavor- got sweetened flavor.nI am not sure if they were having a bad day, but this was not the first time this happened.
